So recently I found out there are two big mods for Dawn of War: Soulstorm, one being called "titanium wars" that I got to know about in here (thanks Bladerunner!). While looking at the videos, I found out about another one, called "Ultimate Apocalypse", that seems to have a ton of nice things too.
